Usernames the Wilt Exploratory Committee have conclusively linked to 2, 5, and 7 (a.k.a. "Kevin"):

* gobuckeye@wdw
* Tress4Prez
* Buck4Life
* TRITON4ME
* LiveItUp41

Please note that several of the usernames are distinguished by use of the Arabic numeral "4" in lieu of the word "for". Other factors to keep an eye out for when attempting to locate this individual: An absolute need to publicly and aggressively express affection for the athletic clubs of The Ohio State University (affectionately known as the "Buckeyes," or in many cases, the "Bucks"); a vast affinity for use of the exclamation point ("!"), often in immediate and repetitious succession; a fondness for juvenile expressions intended to convey insult (e.g., "You got SCHOOLED"); an immediate participation in any sports-related discussion, often while employing previously referenced tendencies; a sadistic joy in insulting institutions of higher learning other than The Ohio State University, particularly those schools who comprise the athletic league popularly known as the "Big Ten" (and even more particularly, the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor); and finally, an impermeable aura of incessantly obnoxious and generally argumentative behavior.

Wow. I've always respected the Wilt Exploratory Committee, but now I am in awe of the Committee's powers of observation and deduction in matters of multi-user name violators.

Both the Bucks and the Wolverines should just be happy that they are not playing Kentucky this week. . .

Come on! It takes a lot of skill to beat the likes of South Dakota State and Lipscomb on succesive nights. . .

Of course, I always thought Lipscomb was an Avon product. . .

So which rivalry is better? Ohio State-Michigan or Auburn-Alabama?

I've spent time scouting Alabama and Auburn message boards, and it's amazing the contempt those people have for each other. That one just seems to have everything you'd want in a sports rivalry: It's in state, in a part of the country where football is king and (so the stereotype goes, anyway) there's not much else to do. You've got the traditional pride and glory of 'Bama and the perennial hard luck status of Auburn. (Sound like Yankees-Red Sox, anyone?) There's the cultural dynamic of the "flagship" university against the land-grant school, which seems to define the identity of each team's fan base as well. (Elitist snobs vs. uncultured yahoos, again simplifying things) And finally, there's the fact that they absolutely despise each other, completely and unequivocally. Heck, they're even on opposite sides of the state. From the outside looking in, it just seems like the perfect rivalry.

Having lived in all three states, I have to say Ala-Auburn. That rivalry is year round. They start talking about next year's game as soon as this one finishes. And the state comes to a standstill for the game. There's no doubt it's a biggie. One of the first we were told when we moved there was to make an allegiance to either school. And gameday parties don't mix sides.

Yeah, well, some countdown show I watched a few months ago said ours was better. :p

And Ann Arbor is a . :lookaroun

Yikes

Obviously i believe that the OSU-scUM rivalry is the best in all of sports. I, however, am quite biased.

But lets face the facts: OSU-scUM has been an ongoing bitter rivalry for 102 years now and it only continues to become more intense.

Also, the hatred that OSU has for scUM and vice versa is what makes the rivalry so enjoyable. However, one thing that i do like about the rivalry is the hatred NEVER resorts to acts of violence. Unlike some other schools fans do ::cough:: Wisconsin ::cough::

If you want to call OSU or Michigan fans classless you have obviously never been to Happy Valley and taken in a PSU football game.

This season when OSU traveled to PSU the OSU Marching Band (the Best Damn Band in the Land) made the trip to PSU. While the band was marching into the stadium they were hit repeatedly by bottles full of urine and full glass beer bottles as well.

OSU or Michigan NEVER resorts to that. Even though we do dislike eachother we (OSU or Mich) never let it come to acts of violence.

Well, you changed it now. I'll keep the quote of your original post, because that task force report was great.

Sorry:o I found that first, but thought it didn't really say as much about what happened as some of those other articles.

The hidden humor of my reply is that it was posted at 3:21, and you edited your post at 3:20, which means it took me over a minute to type an "lol" smilie. I couldn't decide what I wanted to type. :D

And for the record, I went to Penn State, but I have never thrown a beer bottle at anyone, and I don't condone it.

I have, however, seen fights, people setting fires and people overturning cars.

College students, beer and football lead to stupid acts such as throwing bottles and posting obnoxious threads on discussion forums.
