Trip Report First Trip Report and it's LIVE

The lure of SWW along with another 24 hour event at MK proved too much for me to resist. Booked rooms and flights for 5/18 through 5/27.
No kiddos this trip as couldn't miss school. My boyfriend did agree to join me on day 4 so at least I'm not all by myself! I was kind of surprised he took it so well, but I'm thinking he likes the food here and he wants to ride Soarin again

Hahaha I just realized they've had my collection all day and no message to come get them....I bet it's one of those errors in the software that requires new code. Oh well at least one of my bands work!

It is day 4, or what's left of it. Picked my boyfriend Jim up this morning at MCO, and he took a nap while I anguished over the cargo that just won't load.
Headed to Epcot at 2 for a late lunch with no reservations. Walked right in at Chef des France.
We started with escargot, for him not me.
He ordered some chicken sandwich with eggplant that the bread was too hard on, and I got the burger, thanks to a recommendation from @Gabe1. Very good.

Did Nemo and Spaceship Earth with FP, and since then we've been over here waiting for our Soarin FP time. This is our third time on Living with the Land. Jom loves this. It's the plants. He loves gardening. Every year our water bill goes from $40 bucks a month to $200 and we grow tomatoes for the squirrels

We did Circle of Life. Love that show too.
After Soarin headed to resort for pool time, just a quick dip. Managed to snag a 9:30 ADR at OHANA.
MAN I AM HAVING TO DUCK DOWN SO HE CAN SNAP PHOTOS ON BOTH SIDES OF THESE PLANTS, omg he's obsessed.

I love the Living with the Land too and our water bill goes up more that $40 during the summer. He and I could be buds. I've spent 4 days straight planting and buying more plants, repeat. Glad you guys are having a great time, can't wait to to hear about your experience at OHana's. Woot!

I'm with Jim, another gardener here!! The chicken sandwich with eggplant sounds divine!!

Glad to know someone else likes Circle of Life. I love that movie, and it's still amazingly relevant, IMO.

I was thinking maybe they were visiting from UNI or maybe they just got done at the spa and didn't want to miss their FP for Soarin!

Is he so cute or what, he graciously allowed a photo with his mother's approval.

Got checked in at ScFi. They took a photo of us with Darth Vader and some other guy and gave us a card that has a downloadable file on it

These were the roaming characters who took pics with guests and signed autographs

My breakfast was the tenderloin cook well done on a bed of spinach served with a potato casserole and egg quiche. It was very good. Our waiter was Khalid and he was excellent and knowledgable. We never felt rushed totally great atmosphere and if work would have left me alone, it would have been perfect.
So back at resort now, me working, Jim snoring.
I need more heartburn medicine..might drive to Walmart.
Hopefully hitting MK tonite

I'm jealous, I would love to do the Star Wars break feast at Scifi. That's ok since you were so kind to share some pictures with us. Great report.
