Try to spot Pascal on the Tangled float... it took me a while! But this is great, unexpected news. I can't see Disney investing a lot of money into something which will be used just for Spring. They'll pull another Year of a Million Dreams move and Spring will suddenly become a year-round thing.

I am so glad to see this. I had heard a new daytime parade was coming in 2014 for about a year now, but with no further rumors, I was starting to get a little nervous. Hopefully this is the start of many "refreshes" and additions to the parks..

Why does the first piece of concept art remind me of the Bacchanal float in Spectro? It looks like they took Bacchus off the top, put on a balloon, and tied string around the hippos hands to hold the balloon. I've been looking for a picture of the float from Spectro, but I can't find it. And I am sure I could be mistaken, because I haven't seen it in so long.

This is great news. I like the details and colors of the floats shown in the concept art. My family has not watched a daytime parade in years, but we will definitely check this one out.

While I would love a new night parade over a daytime parade, anything new is welcome at this point! I think MSEP will be around until it dies. Last time we were there the Pinocchio float had to be towed away....

I don't really "get" the Peter Pan float. But this is a great parade concept, and one I feel won't last TOO painfully long, if it's focus is clebrating new Fantasyland...I mean, how long will they be able to call it "new"?

IMO "new" Fantasyland is a work in progress. Perhaps the Pan float reflects that.

I think the "New Fantasyland" reference is just a loose tie in. Besides, we all know how long parades that are created for specific celebrations or events hang around (SADCT, CADCT, MJJP, DSMC, heck even DL's Parade of dreams made for the 50th lasted about five years.

Looks good but all concept art can be made to look good, the real litmus test will be when we see full size floats in the park.

I'm glad the MK is getting a new parade and hope it is good. (Rather have seen the money spent on bringing Spectro back, though.)

They said they're basing it off Fantasyland stuff. Is there anything (besides bathrooms) based on Tangled in the FLE?

As a complete and total guess, I'd throw out there that I can imagine cast members dressed up in the pseudo-viking outfits of the Snuggly Duckling thugs, and they basically use their bodies to propel the pendulums back and forth.
