Fastest Travel from Magic Kingdom to Epcot

How fast will it take to take the Monorail to Epcot from Magic Kingdom on the day after Thanksgiving?

honestly with those crowds i would say even doing it an hour to an hour and half or more to allow time to get there and the line to get in.

not necessarily, the roads will be crazy too. i would take the monorail because its a lot more dependable

Get the taxi, no lines, and way more reliable. One direct route. And only $20 for a van of 7 people.

Remember that it is going to take time to get back the TTC, then pick up the cab/van. The time to the TTC can be 15 to 30 minutes at non peak times, so plan accordingly. One option could be to walk over the the CR and grab a cab from there, should be about a 10 minute walk.

The cab stand is at the TTC, not at the park. So, you'll still have to monorail/ferry over to the TTC. It might still save a few minutes, though.

All the other parks have cab stands near the exits. MK is such a pain to enter and leave.

If you happen to be in the World Showcase area of Epcot then you could walk over the one of the hotels and take the bus to MK. Whatever way you decide to go I would grant yourself anywhere from one to two hours travel time, given the crowds. Worse comes to worse you get there early right?

You also don't say what time of day you're looking to make this move. If it's mid-day, then you'll probably get there in 30 minutes, maybe 40.

But if you're trying to travel right after some event at the MK ends, such as the parade or fireworks, then those times can easily double. In that instance, walking to Contemporary and cabbing it would probably be fastest.
