Walk to Contemporary then take the monorail to Epcot via TTC. it will probably take less than 45 minutes but I would give yourself an hour just to be safe.

If you are very concerned with times arrange transportation prior with a firm pickup time or get a taxi...still walk to Contemporary to catch the transportation though.
