LOL, bring on early 2000's land! Where some of the most beloved classics like Home on the Range, Chicken Little, and Atlantis come to life. I know some people liked Atlantis though. I hated it.
Say, weren't most of those awful direct to video Disney sequels released during the 2000s? Perhaps a ride based on "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" or a "Cinderella 2: Dreams Come True" show is in order...

Mars Needs Moms, like A Christmas Carol, was produced by Robert Zemeckis' motion capture studio. Disney distributed them, but they weren't produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios (or even DisneyToon Studios for that matter).

Agreed. I would have ripped up that contract so fast after A Christmas Carol, which also sucked, and Disney promoted over Tiana. Bad choice Disney.
Whatever that style of animation that was used to make Mars Needs Moms and Christmas Carol is is horrible. It's similar to the look of the animation in The Polar Express. It literally ruins the movie.

A Christmas Carol was pretty weird, too. I remember watching it and thinking, "This isn't any Christmas Carol I remember.."

Polar Express' animation had the creepy-realistic look to it. Like you were watching lifeless animated mannequins perform some play.

Yeah, the whole stop motion capture CGI is just a terrible medium. Beowulf was another movie that was like that -- I remember being so excited to see it because I love the source poem, but I find that style impossible to watch and enjoy. Either go full animated or live action, I don't see the benefit to that style of film making.

That type of film making has been criticized for evoking the so-called "uncanny valley" response. It does for me.

Speaking of Cinderella 2, what was that white cat's name that Lucifer fell in love with in the sequel?

Little Mermaid remains the bench mark. There is an amazing burden of Mermaid across the entire resort. It's actually far worse than Frozen is (thus far at least).
Are we talking about Walt Disney World or Disneyland? Because I don't think we need two Little Mermaid attractions either.
