F! feels like the EPCOT Monorail line. It will make it's way back but it's an endless drag.

I also felt like October 1st made sense for a target. @R_Hood just squashed that, I'm guessing it will start around the timing of the Festival of the Holidays - maybe Thanksgiving?

I mean I'm headed there in early December and been putting in on my agenda for months. I wasn't worried but I have to say it's pretty alarming.

I'd say we are about 22 days from learning a date though. D23 has to reveal the goods...

I'm no Insider but I thought D23 might be a little late for a Oct 1st Return Announcement...


How far advance notice does the Public need? I wouldn't be shocked if CMs know before DPB..There has to be preparation on DHS' side. Food and Beverage knowing 6 Weeks Ahead? Is that normal or not.?

We shall see but be advised I'm not talking about hourly cast members. When an area manager level person tells their salary subordinates....

There have been many opening dates and even the current date could potentially be missed. The show will not be opening on October 1.

I’m going to laugh when they miss their own (purposely vague) self-imposed target of “reopening in 2022.”

It’s starting to feel like a distinct possibility.

I get they can't just make up people to fill those roles (though increasing pay could help - but you need people that come in with certain skills already in place, so not just that)

Stinks it isn't open prior to the start of the parties though as would make DHS more of a draw in the evenings for people not going to the party and thus MK closes early for them that day

On the plus side MNSSHP seems pretty much back to normal/fully staffed - maybe they felt that was better than spreading entertainment CMs around to multiple things

If the performers have been allocated to MNSSHP, it makes you wonder if F! will return in late December or in early 2023 after MVMCP.

It’s gotta be November, right? Would they really launch this thing in December or just wait until next year.

They want it to be October but realistically will be November, staffing seems to be the reason. Also remember that doesn’t just mean performers, that theatre alone is a massive operation for park ops

Anything is possible ... Didn't Rise open in December?

Seems things likely are depending more on staffing etc than guest experience

I am thinking Jan 2023 if the Parties are related. You still have Christmas Entertainment at MK after MVMCP till 2023....
