Likely a freak accident. I couldn't see how it could be a possible maintenance neglect. Something would have happened imho in the earlier show if it was neglect.

I see that the fire dept. arrived on scene which makes me wonder, theoretically, if a fire got out of control on TSI, is there anyway to really combat it?

Obviously it wouldn’t really spread beyond TSI because the river would act as a fire line, but how would you combat a spreading fire on TSI?

Is there an efficient way to get equipment across?

Isn't that video showing the base that attaches to the dragon AA? Looks like they literally just ripped whatever was left of the dragon off the metal base. From that it tells me the lift is still in its position from last night and they're working on putting it behind a scrim. Edit close up...

Epcot Torches should be fine. They aren't designed to be used like a flame thrower.

I don't see why it would effect DHS as there dragon doesnt shoot fire and the pyro that would shoot from it has been missing for a while. I guess its just Disney trying to ban fire.
