Well since I only check my Facebook account about once every three months, I'll stick to what I can get on this board (primarily because I can't access it from work, and I never remember to check it from home). But I'll be happy to give you tons of support in whatever your running endeavor on here!

Facebook is usually the first thing I hit up when I get on my computer first thing in the morning and right after work at night for a little bit, but it's usually this site I tend to spend WAY too much time on when I should be hitting the sheets (as evident by my very early, or late, post times)! :p

Hi guys I have been gone from the forums for a while. But this year I have dedicated myself to training for the Princess Half in 2012. And if I lose a hundred pounds in the process yay me!
