Hi all

My boyfriend insists that years ago, there was a Roger Rabbit themed store somewhere around the Honey I Shrunk The Kids play set at DHS.
Did this ever exist?

Also, was there ever a Roger Rabbit ride at WDW? Or is that just DL I'm thinking of?

Thanks!

Honestly don't remember seeing it. However, I have to say I don't get to DHS nearly as much as I would like. When daughter and wife out vote you, not a lot you can do....LOL Think I would have remewmbered it though. I LOVE Roger Rabbit.

It was in the area where the Monsters Inc meet and greet and generic gift shop are now. The dip machine was there, smashed through a brick wall and there were crates that would make cartoon noises when you opened them. They had a bluescreen picture shop as well (similar to the one in the AFI showcase building) where you could have your picture taken and be superimposed with Roger Rabbit. The shop sold cartoon type gags like invisible dogs and the like. It was a cool area but created a terrible bottleneck because it was at the exit of the backlot tour and really encroached on the walkway.

There has never been a Roger Rabbit ride at WDW, just in Toontown Disneyland.

The store you speak of is pretty much still there..Once you exit the Tram tour or walk pass HISTK Playset Adventure you walk right into it. Look straight up and parts of The ACME Warehouse Interior is still there..In 2003 I had a picture of me being run over by the Steamroller which is now a part of the Tram Tour in the vehicle section

I remember some type of steamroller that you could lay under and it looked like it was running you over. It was a great photo op.
I remember the cut out of Jessica Rabbit too, my brother got a picture with it. Too funny!

As I mentioned Above..The Steamroller was there in 2003 but then removed and now part of the Tram tour where the vehicles are.

DL had (or may still have:shrug:) a Roger Rabbit ride. Not sure about the store, I don't remember that. However, I thought there was some rumor that the Roger Rabbit ride may make its way to WDW years, many years, ago. Of course, that never happened. Thank goodness......

Yes, now that someone said something about the steam roller. I haev a pic of me back then of me laying on the ground right in front of it.

For some reason, I also remember some D&*% Tracy type of shop or section too that is long gone.

The Weasel Patrol truck was in that store too with cutouts of the weasels. The truck is now in the backlot express.

And I remember the ________ Tracy store too, wasn't it where the kids shop is now, right across from Keystone Clothiers?
