I think the dip machine was actually on the tram tour and it was activated when you went past. The steam roller is what crashed through the wall. Check out the grand opening of Disney/MGM Studios video. I believe ________ Van is shown in that area with the Creel triplets.

Evidently it is automatic when using the other name for Richard. That is pretty sad.
