Also thank you you for the reminder that we don't talk about other members in this thread.
Yesterday was hot, but not as bad as Thu when we had to come home. We tried to spend a lot of time in indoor venues. Andrew, MJ and I will be taking a trip to MGM today just the three of us to see the first showing of BatB, as it turns out, a lot of our favorite dancers are having their last day becasue they are going to Broadway. We are so happy for them, but this will be a hard transition for MJ. The manager has agreed to let MJ say goodbye and then hopefully she'll get to meet the new dancers in the next few weeks so she knows them. It'll be a hard day. Not as brutal as TR! last day, but hard nonetheless
MJ and I will take Andrew to work after that, then come home to get Nana and go to the grocery store.

So I was just reading the part of the thread about the Titanic, huge buff here too. My grandpa was on the Alvin out of Woodshole, MA when they found the wreckage of the Titanic. He's written about in a book called Waterbaby.

Bonny - great to hear from you! I'm going to have to look for that book - probably one of the few we don't have! We had the opportunity to meet personally with Bob Ballard when my SIL was still in the Navy. He was giving a talk at her base, and she had been chosen to be his "officer escort" or whatever. Anyway, he was quite interesting, and spent quite a bit of time with us talking about the Titanic and our family connection to it.

Still under the weather today.
And since the weather is very crappy here today, that's not a good place to be. I cancelled plans to go out and my new plan is to just hang out on the sofa all day. I'll check in here for company when I get lonely. You people better be paying attention!

Good Morning.
Going over to my sister's house today to get a table and chair set for our porch. She got it from her MIL and it doesn't really fit on her porch. It looks like it will fit perfectly on ours!
Dot- I watched Cw/K last night. I liked it a lot, even if I'm not a Tim Allen fan. (I adore Jamie Lee Curtis.) I think they stayed really true to the book.
