Harm had many issues...
1. The oversized barges that were out all day.
2. The failure of the barges to produce a daytime fountain display to 'hide' the barges. This failure hurt the nighttime performance by not being able to create large fans of spray. And made Imagineering look bad because they advertised this feature.
3. The Stargate that faced only two directions, especially leaving out a prime up-sell spot in the UK.
4. The awkward silhouette of the tacos and their "arms" which looked like human arms that bent and turned the wrong way.
5. At night, many of the fountains weren't lit correctly because there were no spotlights following them (and not being laminar, light didn't propagate thru the fountains).
6. The stargate spray's projection wasn't that bright, especially for its distance.
7. Poor choice of music: the controversial song from Aladdin, and the way over-the-top multi-voiced-belting of Tiana's song which wound up being a mess.
8. From the beginning WDW was at odds with itself over what this was supposed to be: "Dance brings people together." [And yet, very little of the music chosen was danceable.] "Music in other languages bring people together." "Disney stories bring people together."
9. And as mentioned above, they found trying to keep this working was very expensive. For some reason, spraying lake water over mechanical and electrical equipment wasn't a good idea.
But what do I know? I'm just a shill.
