Just my opinion WSL would look even better with a permanent fountain. It would be a very simple thing for them.

Yup. Took them a few tries, but after four years, the fireworks show that replaces a temporary fireworks show that replaced a fireworks show that replaced a temporary fireworks show that replaced a fireworks show looks like it's going to be a fireworks show.
