They need to re-work Epcot forever if they are going to do that.
There was a fan made version going around that was DAMN good in it's arraignment.

Forever was reworked for its kite-lite version. Politics toned it down before opening.

The level of positivity in that thread is something else. Really amazing how times have changed.

Forever was reworked for its kite-lite version. Politics toned it down before opening.

So.... will this ever see the light of day again? Kite or non kite?

This morning announcement and original entrance music needs to be playing at Epcot on October 1st, 2022.

Make it happen, Disney.
You have done this before...and it was a nice nod to Epcot's past legacy.

It was a special time. The decline had already begun of course but it was a drop in the ocean compared to now.

I know. It’d be great for Epcot. Then the park might get something fitting and suitable.

They’re blowing up the oil rigs. That would be one of the best presents.

We wouldn't be so lucky. Never seen anything so large, advanced, and expensive be used in the most boring of ways. But that's not for this thread.

I expect we'll get a tweaked anniversary tag? They adjusted the NYE tag and it look liked it worked really well. I'd say even better then RoE's version.

I mean, it’d be restoring the lagoon rather than blowing it up. The Harmonious infrastructure is just incomprehensibly bad and had its budget cut in all the wrong ways. Once the hub is complete, I would seriously happily give up all lagoon shows for as long as it takes them to make it right. They could easily fill the gap with longer, more elaborate shows using the Spaceship Earth beacon of magic if they wanted to be ultra lazy.

Maybe just move the taco's to the moat around Cindy's castle and the Stargate to Gertie's lagoon.
New fireworks for 2 parks and a win for Epcot.
