Epcot mystery project - KP?

Imagineering has recently filed a series of permits for Epcot which are seemingly related, but a bit ambiguous.

Yesterday they filed a permit to install a kiosk near the Living Seas.

Today, they filed 4 permits for "WS Interactive SCAV"

What does that mean? I have no idea, but i'm guessing it's WS=World Showcase and the addresses in the permits for locations reflects that. Also, isn't Kim Possible supposed to be installed as a permanent offering?

4 locations in World Showcase sounds about right. Who knows, maybe the kiosk nears Seas is entirely different and separate, but the 4 nearly identicle "SCAV" permits are apparently linked.

Locations of the addresses:

1780 - Japan (possibly AA)

1900 - Canada (possibly UK)

1750 - Germany

1830 - France

Mostly unrelated but this thread made me think of it:
Where were the WorldKey Information Kiosks located in WS and how many were there? I seem to remember only 2, but at any rate their location might be close to the locations of these new kiosks.

One of the WorldKey kiosks I think I remember being around the area where the WS generic gift shops and McD's are now (north side of lake). Not sure where any others were.

As soon as I saw these permits earlier today, I immediately thought of WorldKey Information. I highly doubt that the is what the permits are for though.

Kim Possible is my guess.
