I've always kept it in the original foam lined plastic box with cardboard outer covering. Kept it in pretty good condition expect the foam is deteriorating and is sticking to the coin now.

I wish I had some cool story like I bought it at opening day. Sadly, I found it at Mouse Surplus a number of years ago. They probably had 100 of them for sale. If I would have been smarter, I should have snatched up a couple more.

Ahh...See, that's what I think happened to mine. The foam stuck to it.

Got mine of ebay and it came like that. I wasn't too upset, the coin itself is fantastic. Love the logos on the back. I honestly think that it's my favorite piece of 82 Memorabilia. It's rare, too...Only other one I have seen is yours and I think Jackie has one.

The stuff that my family had that was bought from opening day is one of the smaller silver coins, and a Figgy Plush. :D

All the other stuff was bought later or I ebayed it.

Hmmm... wonder if Mouse Surplus might have anything else EPCOT related besides that Horizons vehicle?

They had a couple of seacabs last time I was there a few years back. Also one aerial photo of EPCOT from back-in-the-day that they seriously wanted waaaaaay too much for. like $110 or so for a pic barely larger than an 8x10.

Head over to eBay for that. Got mine (that I still need to frame...) for about 5 bucks. Came with a pre opening map, too. The seller lists the set every few weeks.

So I just realized Innoventions celebrated 15 years back in September 26th.

Here's a Solitair A4 three-wheeled solar-electric hybrid single seat commuter as part to commemmorate the opening. :D
