During Summer Brazilians are EVERYWHERE, annoying sometimes BUT always so beautiful!

Thank you for returning to the topic. And for getting something clear. I never saw an American, Chinese, Japanese or other tour group that behaved even REMOTELY as rude and annoying as the Brazilian teens do in general.

You should see some of the American Pop Warner Football players and/or cheerleaders. "Hooligan" best describes SOME of them. Others I've encounter were rather nice and polite young men and women.

As someone who frequents WDW I have kept track of when the tour groups show up and plan my trips around them, besides when summer gets here you couldn't pay me to go outside for large parts of the day, I barely want to mow my own lawn. I'll just hibernate in my home until fall comes:p

Really?

Brazilians tourists bring more money for this BROKEN COUNTRY than any other nation, Americans should be glad! I am Brazilian and came here wit the idea that americans were cool and happy people, but mostly are racist, depressive, basically unhappiest people in the world.
I think so to that complaining about Brazilian Tour Groups is far and away the most ridiculous subject on these boards.

You don't like the topic, don't click the thread.

I think you'll find as a general rule, most americans would prefer to leave you the hell alone. What most of us can't stand is the rude and obnoxious behavior that is the general rule with this groups. There is good behavior that is the exception to the rule, but few and far between. And Americans typically don't limit their disgust of rude behavior only to groups from one particular country. If the parks were overtaken by large french groups in the summer we'd complain about that too.

Don't cut in line.

Don't be a moving obstacle.

Respect the other guests around you, and realize they paid a lot of money to have an enjoyable experience as well.

Bottom line, just be respectful and exercise common sense courtesy. It's not hard.

If you do that, then no one will have anything negative to say and would celebrate that you get to make a once in a lifetime to the parks and enjoy yourselves.

Also, Brazilian is not a race. It's a nationality. So there is no racism.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

You don't like threads like this, spread the word - In America, we don't like people who cut in lines, run through the parks, chant and sing songs from their country, push kids out of the way, try and turn the parades into their own 25 person stage show.

In America, we also don't like when self-centered, flag-waving bigots claim to speak for other Americans. This thread should be close--it's a thinly-veiled depository for ignorance and hatred toward people from a different culture.

No it isn't. I haven't read through the thread, but I doubt anyone is saying they hate Brazilians. What I hate is the behavior of these groups. I've been to WDW every summer for the past 8 years and always run into them. Are they ALL bad? No, but sadly, we run into rude ones more often than not. Same goes for many of the Pop Warner and Cheerleading groups. I think all the tour groups suck.

I'm far from a "flag-waving bigot". I'm a minority myself. I don't believe that gives me the right to treat a public place like my own personal "HEY LOOK AT ME" playground.

I saw a couple of the tour groups last month. They were well-behaved.

The worst thing I have ever witnessed was a French family in line for TSM. They kept talking about everyone in French. There happened to be a couple in line who were a little overweight. People don't need to worry about being made fun of while waiting in line. Worst family I have ever encountered at Disney! It would have made my day to see them get kicked out.

I suppose you could wear t-shirts that say "Respeitar os Americanos!!!" or hand out notes to the flag holders saying "Pare de ser grosseiro." :ROFLOL:

How can it be ignorance if people are speaking from first hand experience on how they see these groups behaving? And cont me in the group that dislikes the behaviors mentioned before. If you're going to go to a new country, learn how to behave there. My wife and I have already said that if we travel overseas we would do our research on the cultures and expectations of visitors. It's just the decent thing to do.

I personally think there are SO many examples of people complaining on the MANY boards on the net that there is certainly some validity to the claims. Hundreds of people didn't get to together in the efforts to collude against the nation of Brazil.

Dont come back then, plain and simple, and I am cool and happy with that.
