Town Square’s almost free of walls. I took these today.

Wow not a fan of the new brick around the tracks... do the entire street or not at all...

Hmmmm... I'm sure I'll get used to it, but it does seem weird to have two different types of brick right on top of each other like that.
On the other hand, it'd probably look even worse if it was all the same kind of brick!

Isn’t that how Paris is??
I'm not a fan of having the entire street be brick. It can be seen on Hong Kong Disneyland's Main Street, which is nearly identical to ours, and it just doesn't work for me.

Hong Kong looks extra weird because it lacks the tracks too which help divide the street! The bricks are also too brightly colored IMO.
Paris is also all brick, but looks better because it has the track and the change in down w/ the strip in the middle -

Every picture I see of DL Paris is gorgeous. Does that place have one bad angle?
Yuck. DL definitely looks better. Still think there had to be a better solutions than two different brick patterns, colors and textures right next to each other though.
No, all the bad angles were reserved for Disney Studios Paris.
Over time, the brick will age, weather, fade and become all-around less noticeable. In a year we'll wonder what the heck we were even talking about.
I think if the bricks in between the tracks matched the bricks previously around the hub all would look right.
