30 days to go and had to cancel. Won't get into specifics, but am heartbroken. :( I truly have enjoyed this site and all the chatter back and forth. I have removed all the bookmarks to Disney sites until I can participate again without crying....
To all who are going soon, have a wonderful time and I hope that maybe we can go at some future date.:)
Maybe sometime in the future, I can return to WDWMagic and see what everyone has been up to.

I am so sorry! I totally understand needing to get away from all things Disney right now. I do that after every WDW trip. Just know that when you are ready we will all be thrilled to have you back! Take care and I hope everything works out well for you and your family.

I feel your pain. I too had to cancel in 2010 because of my daughters cheer. We were about 30 days out and not only did I lose the deposit but I had already purchased our MNSSHP tickets, so that stung a bit. As others said, don't leave the site, even if you do nothing more than lurk.

That really stinks. I'm so sorry to read that you had to cancel your trip, Wendysue. I know it's not much of a consolation right now, but there will be other trips for you. Wishing you luck in whatever is going on in your world that is preventing you from going. Hoping you decide to stay on the boards. Those of us here truly understand what cancelling a trip like this means for you, while others may not fully "get it", so I hope you decide to stay. Good luck with things.

We need time for things to happen.
That suuuuuuuuuuuccccks. We were supposed to go in May and a ton of unexpected bills landed in our lap.
We were just about to cancel when I had an idea...push the trip back!

Is there any chance of booking another vacation, let's say late 2013. You can do it now it will only cost you 200 bucks to put down. Even if you don't know if you can swing it right now it will give you something to look forward to and you still hang around here and not be "out of the game"

Just a thought.

I'm so sorry. I totally understand. We have whittled away at our trip until on 2 days are remaining and those are about to get cancelled as well. I'm so sad too. :(
