Don't know what to say....

30 days to go and had to cancel. Won't get into specifics, but am heartbroken. I truly have enjoyed this site and all the chatter back and forth. I have removed all the bookmarks to Disney sites until I can participate again without crying....
To all who are going soon, have a wonderful time and I hope that maybe we can go at some future date.
Maybe sometime in the future, I can return to WDWMagic and see what everyone has been up to.

I'm so sorry you had to cancel. I know it's hard to hold onto any reminders of the disappointment. I also get that fear every trip that we'll have to cxl. I forget what month it was when DH told me no Disneyland for June...I was pretty upset Hopefully it won't be too long before you'll get to go and if not, there are still lots of great people on here to chat about Disney things...even if it's a while before you go back.

I am so, so sorry. A few years ago, my then-fiance (now husband) and I had to cancel our dream cruise - the Transatlantic re-positioning cruise from Barcelona to Florida. Logistically and financially, we just couldn't do it -- and it was AWFUL. I understand and empathize with your grief -- and it is a real *grief*. I really, really hope things will work out for you.

hey, I know canceling sucks and having things remind you of WDW can be hard... but trust me, don't leave the site. There are so many great people here, don't lose those connections.

Wow...today isn't QUITE as bad as yesterday, so I just couldn't help myself, and had to get back on. Thank you all for your support. I was blown away by all the nice comments and it does give me hope that maybe, just maybe next year. Yesterday was terrible, but even if I do just lurk, I think it actually will be helpful....

Good to see you today! Yep, every Disney fan who's been in the game long enough has had to cancel a trip and it really does rip your heart out. Ours was after Hurricane Ike stripped the roof off our brand new house back in 2008. Each day gets easier. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you make it to your happy place sooner than you expect.
