No she just spends a lot of money there and would probably work for them for the employee discount alone
Special Disney person. Glad you have a special badge. It shouldn’t matter how much she/he spent. It’s wrong to not help customers when there is an issue and instead force them to pay a second time, knowing they are forcing them to pay a second time.

Giving you're full unfiltered opinion to people after things have been explained over a dozen times:angelic:

Hey, if Bob wants to offer me a CM job I can work from my couch, I'll take it. 😂

Sigh...

You booked a room at a Disney resort THROUGH Priceline. That's a PRICELINE, not Disney Travel, resort reservation confirmation.

Priceline will be the one to work with, didn't they charge your credit card? Only the original merchant can refund you.

They didn’t get two payments from you. You gave your money to Priceline and the reservation was not honored for a reason you are not disclosing.

Sounds like you should put in a fraud complaint to your credit card on the Priceline end.
Priceline is trying to resolve with Disney. However Disney cares about money first. I don’t expect them to work with Priceline. Why sell rooms to other businesses if you’re going to not work with them for the customers benefit.

Figgy, you’re a Disney employee. Go kiss @ss somewhere else please, snow “white” princess.

NONE of us are Disney employees. If you knew ANYTHING about the company, you'd know that Disney closely monitors social media and CMs know this.

Are there CMs on this forum? Yes. But they are very careful about what they post and disclosing who their employer is. I know a few.

People are trying to help you by providing advice. You don't need to be rude in response.

Correct.

I made a reservation through Expedia for a room at WL. When I didn't get the Disney confirmation number to link to my account, I called Disney. They told me to deal with Expedia.
Yes, I spoke to Priceline and I spoke to Disney World guest services.
