I went to Busch Gardens last year, not holding the "less than Disney"stigma an was very effectively let down.No theme,no direction, just a buch of coasters in a "jungle" like setting.
And what inconsistencies?Read one of my first replies in the topic. And if you still find something wrong, pardon me for being less that perfect, pardon me for making a mistake.I'm sure you have never done that.

First... how are they futuristic? A hang-glider is not futuristic. You can teleport miles at a time while traveling through clouds... that's the most futuristic aspect of it. LWTL isn't futuristic, either. I can build a greenhouse in my backyard and do the same things they are doing. You can buy air gardens for your kitchen.
So HOW is the Land futuristic?
That rumor has floated around for years and was associated with Project Gemini. Most people don't seem to care about incongruency of the term "Future World," so why bother?
As far as "unthemed and disorganized," I don't think you have been to any other Orlando parks. If you have, you have gone in with the Disney-tinted glasses that say, "Anything not Disney is crap" Lost Continent and Jurassic Park at IoA, the Marketplace at Seaworld and Jungala at Busch Gardens are highly themed environments that are comparible to Disney.
Did I really just say that something was as good as Disney? Yeah... you know why? Because Disney is a corporation that does it's job well. But they aren't the only ones.
You say not all teenagers are idiots, but the inconsistancies in your argument aren't helping you much.
