I'm not familiar with that book, but it just seems like that guy has an axe to grind.
What do you mean?
A question we've been asking ourselves since the outset of this thread....

No, seriously, what do you people mean by the fact that Koenig has an "axe to grind"?
No, seriously, what does it have to do with this thread?
My reason for bringing this thread up was how, in the past, attractions would typically show up in one park or another. In the past, many attractions, which, in California, were confined only to Disneyland, are scattered throughout the parks. At first, it was harmless enough (i.e., Captain EO in Epcot, Star Tours in the Studios), and even when the California Adventure came along, any attractions copied there, to or from Florida (i.e., Tower of Terror, Soarin'), were more or less attractions from non-castle parks only.
But now, with the Fantasyland expansion going on, attractions originally seen in non-castle parks are now making their way into the Magic Kingdom (i.e., Little Mermaid ride, Goofy-themed roller coaster (to a lesser degree)). Meanwhile, Toontown got the axe and everyone's insisting that it should be in the Studios.
This is all just my personal bias talking, that all the attractions are being scattered everywhere.

What do you mean when you say something "got the axe?"
Sorry, couldn't resist.
I don't get what you're saying at all.

If the parks are all designed to compliment each other, why does it seem as though everyone has "favorites"? I myself have a favorite, which is Epcot.
And if you prefer the Big Mac over the double cheesburger at McDonald's...then those two items must be competing with each other as well. Yes?If the parks are all designed to compliment each other, why does it seem as though everyone has "favorites"? I myself have a favorite, which is Epcot.
What on earth does personal preferences have with anything (particularly your original question)?
