This is so sad, especially considering he just survived that horrible plane crash. Thoughts are with the family and friends...

UPDATE 8:35 PM ET: A law enforcement source on scene tells TMZ a glass "crack pipe" was found in his bedroom. The pill bottles were found in the kitchen.

If you read the article he was suffering from depression from pain killer withdrawal. Many people who go thru something like he did have survivor's guilt and are never the same again.

It's a shame, but maybe now he has some peace.

Been following TMZ and they said he has started drugs since the plane crash and some stress thing. It is a shame though that he passed.

Reports of drugs being found might mean he had issues from his plane crash.I am in no way saying that was the case but people have had issues re-adjusting after a life-altering experience. He could have thought "Why did I survive and 4 others die?" To deal with his pain he resorted to drugs and or alcohol to comfort himself.I hope that no matter what the actual cause of death was, that Adam now has peace for his soul.

He was upset that he was dumped. He was also sober for over 9 years prioir to this.
