Do any of the parks still have the Guest Experience Team out and about OR are they directing everyone to Guest Relations?
Studios still has a GET team. All the TAs were ended so it’s basically a skeleton crew, but they’re still around.

I expect if it's a significant problem we'll start seeing signage in the queue and photo pickup areas before too long.Maybe they should warn riders before riding the vehicles about it.
They got to about ~82 yesterday. They stopped calling around 7:10 so that may have been everything they issued for the day. Unsure on number per group.so how many people per boarding group were there and what number did they get up to and what are the park hours now?
Sounds like they need to reduce capacity in the park even further. If you already have limited attractions and then you can’t get on one of the attractions you’re there for, that would just annoy me even further. Disney either needs to figure out a way to increase ride capacity or reduce park capacity.
It was a huge lottery to get onto Rise of the Resistance pre-covid, that hasn't changed. They struggled because of breakdowns, but also there never will be the capacity for every guest in the park to ride it.
Correct. In pre-COVID times there were also more attractions open. My point was if you’re going to severely limit the number of attractions, you should leave capacity at the number of people you can accommodate on RotR.
Looks like wait times are starting to come down across the board. Should be interesting to see the next few days if they keep coming down.
Methinks this is why we are getting rumors of a second closure, not enough economic martyrs willing to put their life on line for tourism.
Yes they doDo any of the parks still have the Guest Experience Team out and about OR are they directing everyone to Guest Relations?
Even if all the shows were open there would be more people who want to do RotR than want to watch Beauty and the Beast.
It will be the situation that not everyone entering the park will be able to experience RotR for a couple of years even without Covid.
But it’s the same for a lot of rides and experiences. Not every guest who enters the magic kingdom can ride seven dwarves, not everyone can meet all the princesses. Many attractions have a more limited capacity than the overall park does.Which is why the lottery is unfair. I’d rather them make it an upcharge than add the stress of the lottery but that’s the least of our worries right now.

That number changes every day. The only thing consistent about ROTR is it's inconsistency.Correct. In pre-COVID times there were also more attractions open. But the point is if everyone made that choice the line would take all day. A better example is when there was the original Elsa meet at Epcot where there was an 8 hour plus line. Not everyone could experience that but there was an actual line people fought over getting a place in, instead of a virtual line on an app.Umm... no. When I enter the magic kingdom, if seven dwarves is open and operating, I can choose to ride it or not. I don’t have to win a lottery to do so.

I dislike the term LOTTERY, as that implies it’s total random chance and out of your control.
Not once in my 23 visits have I failed to get a boarding group. I educated myself, knew what to do and got one. Depending upon Disney IT and/or my service provider it would cause some fluctuations in my group number, but I always got a group.
So while I understand you sentiment, I think a different term would be more appropriate, as it is not just “random chance” or “luck of the draw”. The end user is is primary control of getting one
