Hope you have a great trip. Here is the best Amusement Park in Norway.

Love that Circle K is a sponsor.
Thank you Darkbeer, I will check it out, not sure if I will do theme park since I’m staying with friends that live there and they don’t do amusement parks but hopefully I have time on my own
Surpringly I have never done any amusement parks in any of the 35+ countries I have been too.

After my recent trip to six flags and universal I did not get sick, where I do if I go to disneyland and dca.
I think I found which park is more unsanitary.

Hmmm, this isn't an opinion based on personal experience is it? Because those are often flawed and don't hold up to official scrutiny.
I went to Universal, and Disneyland/DCA and didn't get sick from either. So I guess they are both sparkling clean then.

Do you really think that Six Flags has more sanitizing regimens that they utilize daily keeping you from getting sick?

Doesn't Disneyland literally wash their streets every night?

Plus, just think of how many more thousands of people pour into Disneyland and DCA everyday. That's a lot of germs.

Oh yes, they wash the streets. Too bad about the ride vehicles.

Cleanliness at a theme park (ANY theme park) is more about the appearance of cleanliness (read "tidy") than actual cleanliness.

I'm sure that Disney has lots of sanitizing measures in place to try and keep germs at bay. But when you have 50,000 people walking around, there is only so much you can do.

You know what’s funny, it doesn’t matter how clean something can be most of the time people get sick because of how their own immune system reacts to certain things they eat.
I can easily get sick if I eat anything made with ground beef in the cleanest possible eatery but I have no issue eating street food in India or a platter of roasted tarantula and bugs in Combodia and it’s probably because it doesn’t contain all the preservatives and unhealthy additives to keep food longer.
I really believe that’s Here in the states we don’t allow our bodies to create their own antibiotics because of so many precautions so when something is off someone digestive system reacts to it.

Oops, and i think we are off topic again.

So anymore permits? Work starts strong in a couple days if they expect to finish in four months. I understand many pieces are being prefabbed like unicersal does so they can save time

Just one question. ARE YOU INSANE?!
LOL, Actually found them to be quite tasty. They taste like roasted nuts with red peppers. THey are great for snacking, kind of like a mixed nut party snack with lots of proteins.
I’ll try anything once when I’m traveling as long as it wasn’t a four legged pet

I was with some friends down in Silicon Valley at this Mexican restaurant in San Jose once that had roasted crickets on the menu. We decided to order them for fun, but when the server delivered them, and I saw their eyes and legs, I could barely look at them in the bowl let alone put one in my mouth and start chewing. :hungover:

Oh you're sure, are you? Have you ever talked to custodial CMs? I had one tell me that he tells his family NEVER to wear sandals or flip flops or sit on the ground (and touch it with their bare hands).

How often do you think the ride vehicles are steam cleaned or fully cleaned with cleaning products? The answer is "NEVER". This includes seat belts and lap bars, the bars or handles you use to get in or out, and the surface upon which you sit.

In all fairness, there are some things they do better. I know someone on the safety team in their department who took the blood-borne pathogens class and it was very clear and comprehensive. But a general recommendation is to use lots of hand sanitizer during your visit and avoid touching common surfaces like railings as much as possible.
