Your question is not very clear. Would you be able to do what twice during lunch and twice during dinner? Will you be on a dining plan? Are you asking if you can have two meals each at lunch/dinner? Is English your first language?

So you are asking if you can eat two lunches and two dinners each day? Repeating the exact same question exactly the same way did not make it understandable. You might have tried correcting it.
But yes, you are allowed to purchase two meals at lunch and two meals at dinner. Unless you are on some sort of meals included/dining plan. You could even purchase a dozen meals a day - as long as you pay for them per meal.

Are you asking if you can go to the same restaurant more than once a day? If you can get a reservation, then yes, you can do it.
