In addition today California will hit 3.5M vaccinations in lower income areas. Once that 4M threshold is hit then a large number of counties will hit or be on the verge of reaching Yellow Tier including OC. Based on current projections that 4M should be hit around April 15th.View attachment 543720

It don't know if that was specifically the reason, but it doesn't mean it wasn't one of the many reasons why that date was chosen.And that's why DL chose April 30 to open. Most permissive tier. CMs all get their first jabs (or only one with J&J).
