So, 61 minutes to infinity. Nice and precise.

Disney really needs to start asking 'Is this hospitable and good service?' every time they create a new policy.

Of course, the two aren't exclusive. It's very possible to both provide excellent service, and make more money because of it.

One just requires revamped training and an adjustment of priorities from the top down.

It's interesting- I'd bet money that if Disneyland always treated their guests the way they have the last four years, they would not be as beloved as they are today.

Wow! From my experience I asked the same questions 3 times on Disney's Customer chat regarding in person key sales and got 3 different answers so I opted for online.
