how do you get a live countdown? I saw that other people had them but there isn't a link on the main countdown page to get one, at least i didn't see one. HELP!  :veryconfu oh and 96 days for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :sohappy: :sohappy:
Well, you have a countdown in your signature (See My Trip Countdown) which automatically gets updated when you include it in your User CP. However, if you mean the ones with the clocks counting down the minutes, that's only available from Premium Members who pay to be members of these message boards.

We came home Sunday and I did my laundry on Monday (took an extra day off). As I was doing the laundry, I was remembering which day I wore what to which park. I've woken up every morning to take a shower and then thinking I need to go get our coffee while my hubby takes his shower so we can head to a park. And what makes it even worse being home is that it was 92 or 93 in Florida, and I had the heat on in Chicago on Monday night. I'll take 92 anyday compared to the chill in the air we've had most of this week.

Even before checking out yesterday morning, work started calling me again, my boyfriends parents called him with the same prerequisite annoying jabber, and email bills came in. So I freaked and put down my deposit on that Sept '08 special.

One year and counting! :ROFLOL:

After one trip, I woke up one morning and wondered "Why does our hotel room look like our bedroom?" I was so sad when I realized I was home!:(
One week from tomorrow I get to make my ADR's for March!:sohappy:

I completely understand. We came back on August 23rd and I was so depressed. Reading all the posts on here does make it a little better. My husband was also down so we decided to go ahead and book another trip for December and then decided to book for next August so we can definately get the resort we want. So now I can sit an plan plan plan for a while to make me feel better :)
We feel that way everyday. Now we have another problem, we have trips planned for Nov. 7 to 11, March 23 to 29, ( grand gathering ), Aug. of 08 with some friends, and we want to plan a cruise for 09, 20th anniversary, of course DCL, the problem is we now HAVE TO WAIT!!!:zipit:

I love it!
There are actually people out there who wouldn't get you at all. (poor souls)
But I so do! Give me 92 over turning up the heat anyday!

Yeah I know what you mean:

-sitting here realising that in just about now Wishes is going off and I'm not watching it from Splash Mountain.

- Knowing I'm going to get up tommorow and go back to ordinary life.

- Realising that the choices I make will be no where near as important as choosing between waiting in standby for Splash or Big Thunder

- Waking up and not being able to walk through the French Quarter to the float works and get breakfast. Instead waking up walking downstairs to my kitchen and eating cereal.

Ahhhh regular life soo ordinary.

I know exactly the feeling! we came home august 13th, and a few days ago I couldnt control myself and booked another vaca for December 26th-31st. Not that we really have the money saved up (thank god for credit cards...), but I really just couldnt help but click the confirm button.. lol I was so sick of thinking back on our vaca, that I just had to have one to look forward too!

I came home from WDW on 20th Feb 07 and I'm trying to figure out a saving plan so I can book another holiday out there! Watching the WDW adverts that are currently on the TV every 5 mins makes it worse and my husband and I take about WDW ALL THE TIME!

Its the flight home that's unbearable to me - 8 hours on a plane and then you hit miserable drizzly manchester. It's pants compared to flying into orlando international and feeling REALLY excited.

Maybe in 2009?.........

Disney Withdrawal

I was beginning to think it was just me...my daughter and I went to DW from August 15 to August 22 and I just cannot stop thinking about how much I wish I was still counting down to my trip. I agree that planning the next one is really the only help, at least a little. I have never really pushed at work for a raise, but when I got back, I almost insisted on one. I was told that I would be told how much they can offer me by September 28. If it's enough.. I'm making plans to go back in February instead of waiting until Fall.

My family and i are always craving Disney it what we talk about the most we are busy planning our next trip sept 08 but i think when your back home the thing that always sets me off is the music every now and then i put the wishes cd on and have alittle sigh wishing we were there and that we had unlimited funds:ROFLOL: i wish im trying to win the lottery!! and as for a Disney fix at Disneyland Paris we tried it and was not all that keen it just does not compare to WDW and we regretted not putting the money into our WDW fund but my four year old loved the dragon he now calls it dragon Disney:sohappy:
