Demolition of Pollo Campero building.
Maybe I missed it, but while rumored, this is the first confirmation I've seen the Pollo Campero/Brodies are leaving.

Such high hopes for that place but bring on something better.1674 E. Buena Vista Dr - Disney Springs Pollo Compero Demo and General Work
Of course this doesn't necessarily mean they are demolishing the whole thing.

Didn't Puck Express already expand a couple years ago?

Not that big a venue, either--it was just a McDonalds.
I don't think LegoLand is hurting sales at all. The theme park portion is operated by Marlin Entertainment, so there's no stopping Disney from expanding their retail side of it.
http://www.wdwmagic.com/attractions...nt-attraction-is-coming-to-disney-springs.htmThere will be a boathouse Restaurant in the Disney Springs. Do you have a concept art of the Boathouse Restaurant.
I really wish that Lego would license some Disney ride sets...I haven't played with them since I was a kid...but if they were selling a Splash Mountain, or Haunted Mansion set...I would have purchased it just to have around...but when I stopped in...alas they had nothing.Agreed, the store is as popular as ever. I was more thinking of expanding the Lego presence by adding more of an attraction. Something like a small scale version of the miniature land in the Legoland parks. The Star Wars stuff is especially cool. Since the store and parks are owned by different companies maybe they still could. The statues and models they currently have still draw a lot of attention.

One was proposed for Lego's Cuusoo line, but unfortunately it's not getting a lot of votes...

Save Pleasure Island is reporting that Mannequins and 8trax are going to be combined into one building which will be a restaurant. A copy of the construction permit is supposed to be published tomorrow morning.
Here is the permit for this from earlier this month. Not sure how I missed this one...
