Disney Springs construction begins

If they announced the new restaurants at Disney Springs were going to be a Red Lobster and an Olive Garden I would grab a pitch fork and torch and lead the angry mob myself

My pitch fork and torch moment was when Disney put a McDonald's at DTD. I was still annoyed Disney yanked Chef Mickey's, a great table service restaurant at DTD and turned it into a buffet that couldn't begin to compare to the original.
I love Olive Garden. I did a happy dance when Sam's Club started carrying Olive Garden's salad dressing. I find Olive Garden superior to Tony's.

After reading comments on this web site I think you must be joking, unless the one you ate at was at Universal. Maybe you have to much pixie dust on you. Just kidding. I agree that different places can be quit different even if run by the same company. Let's wait and see.
Disney has not yet given any details regarding additional employment. It will be significant, that's for sure.

I was not a huge fan of that sign especially since PI hasn't been around since 2008.
This project is really starting to get exciting. I am having tons of fun keeping up to date with the construction and I am very much looking forward to the newly expanded parking, shopping and dining.

I think he was talking about the sign on top of the buildings. The one mentioned in that post was down on the highway.

Don't know what it is, but 1590 is Paradiso 37,and 1600 was Mannequins so that gives you an idea of where it is at.
