Well that WAS Disneyland....they are more used to seeing such stuff in L.A. than in Florida.

I should find the post where he explained how he did it. The stabilizer he used wasn't too expensive if i recall

When did I ever say anything about image quality? And for the what.. 4th time.. does that have to do with using a tripod at all?

It answered your question is all... low light is a valid need for a tripod concerning image quality.
