Oh right, I need to say something about how it looks exactly like all the pools in all the hotels in the cities around me. Only it looks nothing like them. But then, I guess I'm an exception as I don't live near any leading edge or cosmopolitan urban areas.

My fear is that it will be about the same point cost as a studio at say BWV or BCV and the regular studios will be in the poly/ VGF range.

For rack it's priced just under BLT for a 2BR... that's about what I thought it would be for point cost as well... will be curious to see...

Overall this place is looking better than I expected. It isn't quite my speed, but I can see that this place is going to be sold out with Cash bookings for its first year just with guests coming for SW:GE. I can see why they announced Reflections so early in the normal DVC Construction cycle now.

The mansard looks well-proportioned and properly executed and the surface treatments show reasonable effort.
The merits of Disney building (another) building of this scale on property are definitely up for debate, but this looks lightyears better than what we've see so far of the Reflections resort. We're definitely not anywhere near the best they can do, but this isn't that close to the worse, either.

Priced at almost the same as Boardwalk Villa pricing for holiday season: $782 for a standard view 5person studio. Right now you can look at the rate calendar for 2019 and it will show cost/night for the whole year.

A little over $500/night cheapest season if you look at the rate calendar, definitely not in our budget.

I will say the pool area is probably the thing I like most about it and I'm not even the kind of person that likes pools.

Due to location, location, location. And those views of fireworks.
The switching back and forth between Italian and French is a bit of a mental whiplash.

- Topolino - little/baby mouse (name for Mickey in Italian)
- Bar Riva - shore bar
- Primo Piatto - first dish/course
- trattoria - tavern
French
- Le Petit Café - the little coffee/coffee house
- S’il Vous Play - a play on "s'il vous plait" [see voo play] which means "please", as in "please respond", which is "Répondez s'il vous plaît", aka RSVP
- Beau Soleil - beautiful sun
If you folks from The Dis are reading this, look up and play the pronunciations from Google before you do a video and murder the pronunciations.
It is unlikely that there will ever be a moderate DVC.
As for pricing, yeah, it's the high-end deluxe pricing, which is out of my budget. But I consider that a plus. If they can saturate the high end market then all the people who can afford high-end will take high-end leaving the moderates available for the rest of us!
