Do the Brazilian tour groups still come to WDW and what months reason I ask both times was there in May I did not see any

Not since their economy tanked before pandemic. The typical touring months were July and January. It was rare to see the groups in other months.

Recently a few groups have been there in Jan/July during my visits but it is NOTHING like it was previously.

I want to add--Texas is a serious contender for a new resort for Disney in addition to India and Brazil.

The plans do ALL exist.

HKDL is going to get its cruise port as well.
