Disney Parks Don't Have the Market on Entitled Guests...

Disgraceful reporting by every "news" outlet that ran this story, especially with the clickbait headlines.
I can only imagine what the "heated remark" from her father was that prompted and armed response.

So are the officers she has problems with even paid by Disney? Honestly the fact that Disney refunded their money is outstanding on them. Similar things to when we were on the Irma cruise, they gave us discounts and money back beyond what they had to do. They then gave us onboard credit for our next cruise to make up for dumping us into the mass exodus that resulted in us needing to find a hotel for the night (credit was as long as we could submit the cost of our hotel). That little extra they did really won us over. Situations can suck, but Disney Cruise has gone well above and beyond what I have come to expect even at the parks anymore, and this situation is no different.

Well, this is no surprise to any of us as we know people try to circumvent the rules at the parks, the cruises, the airports, etc., etc., all the time. I understand if someone were to be upset and say "Oh s!#t, I didn't think about that when we booked it 6 months ago, and didn't pay attention to that rule. Oh well, let's go to the land based parks instead...if we can get in."
But to throw a fit because the rule applies to them....Oi. It's like all the people that get made because someone in their party gets arrested at the airport for causually throwing around the B@mb word. Duh!
(Though the luggage issue is very frustrating as the airlines now do that again all the time. Your luggage may end up at your destination on a different plane, when you did not board your flight for some reason.)
Come on folks, this is life, so let's try to work together on it!

If that's a typical ship port to a destination outside the U.S., I'm pretty sure videoing is illegal. She should count herself lucky she isn't being charged.

This was not on WDW property- it was in the boarding area of a major US port leased by Disney, which are treated the same as airports - armed guards are patrolling all the time, and will escort you away if you create a scene anywhere in the airport, regardless of your carrier. The same would have happened at any other cruise line. This is travel in today's world. And yes, it will take time to get your luggage back if it has been transported onto the ship.
Her other "vlogs" reveal a bit more about her personality and worldview, ie, that it revolves around her and her family. I also wonder exactly what was not being filmed that caused them to be told to wait outside?

I think everyone should be suspicious that there's no video of a full conversation anywhere. It's simply her talking or brief 4 second clips of employees that appear to be rude but are likely trying to avoid confrontation with her.
Armed security? She was at a US Port. That "armed security" was most likely local LE or Homeland Security. And they aren't going to intercede unless someone is more than "raising his voice". For which they were escorted out of the terminal. Yes, it took awhile to find your luggage....it's a cruise ship that holds thousands of people...and your luggage has gone through a check before it's placed on board. Which is why DCL tells you to pack a carry-on. And how could someone claim ignorance of DCL's rule on pregnant women? It's stated on their website and in the booklet they mail cruise guests.

Edit: The "security guy" with the AR-15 looked like Miami-Dade PD, based upon his uniform. Has she not visited a US airport in the past few years? Armed security, i.e., LE, including canines, are present EVERYWHERE. Make a fuss, they'll be in your face. Yeah, her video's been edited.

As someone who doesn't have kids and never will, I never fail to be astonished at just how a) indiginant people get when it comes to children/pregnancy, like the world owes them a red carpet for shooting out a kid, and b) how people who choose to have children would even think about doing something like this to begin with. I mean, complications happen - do you really want to be in the middle of the ocean and need to be airlifted out should something happen?
All they had to do was check DCL's policy, and it IS right there on their website...
