Hope that includes the mobile version website, we don't have laptops or even a tablet here lol

I'm sure there is a similar option on iOS, if you are on iPhone, but on Android/chrome you can request the desktop version of the site by hitting the menu button on the top right in chrome and checking Desktop site. This will load page like the desktop version.

Just be aware that some things might not work as expected since it isn't optimized for touch/mobile sized screens. But if the park reservation option isn't available in the mobile version of the website, this should allow you to at least access it in some way.

I went to UT and the website seems to continue to be selling WDW tickets. Am I missing something?
You cannot. They also have this disclaimer when you go to the ticket part of the site.

and if you try to purchase tickets, you can only go tho this page and there is no way to progress further:

Can you only make 14 days total, or 14 days per vacation? We’ve got 12 nights in December plus some in February. Do I pick and choose my favorite 14 days?

We were told you can only reserve 14 days in parks total, regardless of how many nights you have resort reservations. As I said, the CM helping us was very good, but couched just about everything he said with 'as we understand it' or 'according to the most recent information, but things may change.' I do feel bad for those frontline CMs who are dealing with the public and don't have all the information needed to actually help people. If I was you, I'd reserve mainly for the December trip and be hopeful that the park reservation system may not be needed anymore by February (wishful thinking???).

I don't understand why Disney thought it was a good idea to let anyone with a reservation and tickets through September 2021 to make park reservations on Monday. There are going to be server problems and frankly, someone who has a reservation late into 2021 has no business being online Monday and reserving park passes. I thought Disney said dining reservations were going from 180 days to 60 days in advance, but you cannot make a park dining reservation unless you have a valid theme park pass in the reservation system. Maybe they just scrapped it and decided to go for a free-for-all approach. 🤷‍♀️

What’s the benefit of Plantinum instead of Gold?

Gold and Silver will take up most or all of early January reservations after blockout dates begin.
Platinum will probably have to choose between early December and during blockout period with limited capacity during the holidays.

Platinum doesn’t have early entry, more days to reserve, first opportunity to reserve, or even an exclusive AP preview day.

Is anyone downgrading to Gold? Save $ and get the same value basically.

To my knowledge there’s never been much of a difference for Gold vs Platinum aside from the few weeks of blackouts. I’ve had gold for years.

Exactly.

So now that blockout dates have been converted to blockades, why own Platinum unless you want to sacrifice days at the park just to be able to go 1-2 times around Christmas?

Sorry I’m late to this party so apologies if this has been asked, but I was wondering if any international guests are facing a similar situation?

I had 21 day Disney pass for 2020, which I deferred to 2021, but as I’ve got the tickets from a 3rd party site (attraction tickets) I’ve only paid for the deposit for the tickets. I have however cleared the balance of the flights and hotel, staying on site on Disney. The ticket site obviously don’t send the tickets out until the full balance is paid.

I’m now faced with the possibility of committing to a Disney hotel holiday and having to pay the park tickets off right now, or not be able to get into the parks, obviously the main benefit of staying on site.

I’m hopeful it is all sorted by next year (I go in May) but I feel a little cornered by this.

Any others in this situation?

We have called DVC several times and no help. The DVC CM’s are in the same boat as regular CM. No power to help other than a shoulder to cry on. What I don’t understand is that AP’s have higher priority than Club 33 and DVC owners. As one that has paid over $100,000 for my ownership and dues you would think we would at least have priority over the general public (and AP’s imo) but nope. We are out in the cold with no way to obtain tickets other to wait until they open up to all. Having an existing Disney reservation doesn’t even help and as to move the reservation out to 2021, that is not an option for DVC members since 2021 reservations require a vacation package which DVC members don’t need or get since the room is part of DVC. Clearly they have not thought this through. Is their any black market rising up for park tickets on the dark web? 😀
If you’re in Club 33, couldn’t you call your personal concierge line?

Why even ask if you are not going to believe us anyways? What a waste of time. I definitely don't have time to do the legwork for you and frankly, I don't want to.

LOL. In normal world, it seems quite reasonable to ask somebody something like, "hey, have you seen an official statement from the company on matter X?" You seem a little tightly wound.

I just want to point out that I was just answering your question with good intentions. Based on this response and your other responses, it would be best if you just call Disney yourself and confirm it since you seem very skeptical of several people's answering the same time. Why even ask if you are not going to believe us anyways? What a waste of time. I definitely don't have time to do the legwork for you and frankly, I don't want to.
I'm not. I just cannot tolerate people who are too lazy to find out answers to their own questions when it has already been answered ad nauseum throughout this post as well as other places in the forum. I rather you not quote me anymore. Thanks.
