Not a one that I've seen. It's a large bank that posts on all major job boards nothing that i'd have control over. I was just adding to the "pay is the problem" thoughts with Disney.

You may have a "filtering issue". Qualifications or keywords may be causing qualified candidates to be ignored. Here's a good read on the subject: How Job Applicants Try to Hack Résumé-Reading Software.

What do you mean? If there is availability before you go in that day, you can switch to another park. It works fine unless the park your looking to switch into doesn’t have availability.

I work for a tech company. I've been hiring software engineers for years. Never had an issue. Our salaries are more than competitive with the market. I haven't been getting applicants. I've gotten about 5 applicants since the job posted in January, none of which were qualified.
This isn't about a filtering issue. I've heard similar stories from numerous people at other companies in my network.

Question for the pro’s:
I have park hopper. I make a reservation for Epcot. I get delayed in traveling and don’t get in until after Epcot is close to closing or now closed - so I can’t enter using my reservation. Will I be allowed to “park hop” and finish out what’s left of my day at MK (b/c that park stays open later than Epcot)?

You have to tap into the park your reservation is for before you can park hop. If you can't do that, your other option is just to try and get a reservation at MK.

It's a silly system for people arriving after 2 with a park hopper. Disney wants you to check in at the first place before hopping. Having said that, you can usually talk your way in at guest relations outside the park.
This is just one of many examples of operational decisions that detract from the guest experience.

Have to agree... when I did my ICP we basically lived at the parks on our days off, or before / after shifts. What a horrid CM perk it has become.

This feels like something that will have to change or they'll run the College Program into the ground -- and they really can't afford to lose that workforce.

For sure -- was just thinking about how much Disney relies on the CP to staff the parks. I think regular park access is one of the biggest (if not the biggest) reasons people sign up for the CP at all.
