We know that the movement and mixing of people cause higher rates of transmission.
But do we know that that data applies to theme parks? If the observational studies and/or experiments that you allege support your claim were conducted outside a theme park, we can’t assume that they apply to theme parks too.

I would wager by September 20th-25th, if cases are dropping and nothing unusual spiking we will see masks inside requirements go optional.

Why wouldn’t it apply to theme parks? Crowds are crowds, regardless of how much make-believe surrounds them.

I’m not sure about the masks optional part (I hope you are right), but I do also think that cases will be on the downturn within a month or so.

Guessing what the CDC will say is like a box of chocolates - you never know what your gonna get.

Yes! A crowd is a crowd and the whole crowd at specific event story = super spreader event is propaganda. Going to WDW or any other amusement park, ball game or for that matter Sturgis has now proven to be no greater risk than going to the supermarket or other high people density location. If every one would follow the Disney masking rules across the board I believe things would be better.

Well my rough guess is on the fact that most of WDW's employees will have completed vaccination by then. If that and the cases are looking downward, that is when I figure things will be optional.

Not too surprising with this one, but it looks like Slinky Dog Dash is allowing guests to ride maskless. The CM's were still wearing masks, but they could be doing it by choice.

Correct. Masks are no longer required on outdoor attractions.

The latest impact of the COVID surge in central Florida.

They are telling us that if they can’t slow down LOX usage which is (and should be) prioritized for COVID patients, we may get caught in a potential boil-water-alerts condition since they will not have enough to treat the water. The hope is that stopping lawn irrigation will lower the LOX demand on the water system and prevent a water quality impact.

don’t expect mask mandate to go away any time soon.

Not surprised that the geniuses in Orange County are having issues.
