Doubt it. I don’t bring masks to the parks with me anymore. If I’m on the Skyliner, and the people in the cabin ask me to put a mask on…“no, don’t have one.” They are free to get into another cabin.Hopefully people would play nice and put on their masks if others wanted them too, but honestly everyone going needs to be prepared that they may be with people who are unmasked where not required, such as on the Skyliner.
if somebody whom I do not know was sharing a cabin with me and asked me to wear I'd 100% ignore that person.Hopefully people would play nice and put on their masks if others wanted them too,
I took my kid the dentist this week. They dropped their mask rule. First time I have gone to a medical office/facility where I didn’t have to wear one since this all started.Airport no. Plane no. Doctor yes. Rule is to wear a mask, so I do.
You might not even have one, though. I’m staying at Yacht Club. If I’m only going to DHS and Epcot on a given day, I wouldn’t even bring masks, honestly.Hopefully people would play nice and put on their masks if others wanted them too, but honestly everyone going needs to be prepared that they may be with people who are unmasked where not required, such as on the Skyliner.
***you don't have to wear a mask when not required. it's all okay.
I would guess that the party that wants to wears them and the other doesn't.This is interesting point about the Skyliner. Since masks are no longer required on the Skyliner, what happens when 2 parties are put together and one wants masks and the other doesnt? I am guessing they accommodate?
Same for me last week. Front desk staff wasn't wearing them and nobody was required in the waiting area. That of course was after walking through the front door of a large office building sporting a "masks required" sign.I took my kid the dentist this week. They dropped their mask rule. First time I have gone to a medical office/facility where I didn’t have to wear one since this all started.
For Disney, eh…

I would hope, but people seem so aggressive…Then if someone asked I would just say that I don't have one on me. The people asking should be as equally nice and understand not everyone will have a mask or want to put one on.
Nothing happens. The people who want to wear a mask wear a mask and the people who don't, don't.This is interesting point about the Skyliner. The vegetarian becomes revolted and lectures you about the horrible conditions that chicken endured leading up to its demise? This is like asking what happens if the person next to you at the restaurant is a vegetarian but you want chicken.
They walk over and say, “excuse me, but do you know what happens to make chicks?” and this mutter “monster…” breathlessly?Nothing happens. The people who want to wear a mask wear a mask and the people who don't, don't.
This is like asking what happens if the person next to you at the restaurant is a vegetarian but you want chicken.
The only issue is we didn't always carry masks when we didn't need them. So I wouldn't have had one at DHS when we drove, or going to MK by boat. I absolutely do wear when asked and at home I have spares everywhere. I don't always have spares especially if not carrying any bags at all.Hopefully people would play nice and put on their masks if others wanted them too, but honestly everyone going needs to be prepared that they may be with people who are unmasked where not required, such as on the Skyliner.

I can't believe people still keep this thread going
April 18th so far....Waiting on masks optional on Disney busses, monorails, and on flights
Well, that’s not even remotely true. @The Mom and @wdwmagic do a great job of trying to keep this place civil and balanced. There have been entire pages of this thread that have been deleted because of misinformation. The thread continues because WDWMagic, like it has for the past two years, favors anti-maskers and COVID deniers over factual statements.
That is what I would say too based on this thread and the covid thread. If they were anti-mask and deniers, those posts which were seen as pro-mask would be deleted. I've seen specific posts of anti-maskers deleted here.
