Disney is relaxing the guidelines on the “Disney Look” for Cast Members

Being a conglomerate or publicly traded is still just excuses.

Maybe they aren't disagreeing with you. I read it as though they are bluntly stating the facts that most publicly held companies of this size don't worry as much about their workers as they should -- financially or otherwise.
