She would be banned for life(because she choked a young person during a fireworks show like Wishes, which is leaving next month for a new show involving 2D animation, protectors, and everything, with nearly every (live action and animated) modern(with a couple classics) Disney movie that is out now!) at the world's most magical place, this is NOT a cartoon where a man chokes his son for comedy(like Simpsons), THIS IS REAL LIFE >_< not some cartoon musical.

Stories like this just make me sad. I feel bad for both parties to some extent. It's too bad we can't all just take a deep breath in situations like this instead of reacting too quickly. There's no excuse for physically choking someone, especially a kid. On the bright side the girl will have a good story to tell when she gets back to school.

I seriously wish Disney would keep jacking their prices up to weed out these white trash idiots. Let them go to Dollywood where they belong. Or Universal.
Thats as big of an ignorant statement as I have seen on here in a while. You obviously have not been to Dollywood because if you had you would have known that both the guests and the people that work there are some of the nicest, considerate people you will ever meet.

Unfortunate, the teenagers were leaving and offered them their space so why did she attack them? What an oddball. Hope she gets banned. I feel sorry for the victim and people around them who had to witness that and ruined the show. Though it isn't the worst case of fireworks/parade rage I've ever seen. When I was at Disneyland Paris in 2004 during the fireworks a guy put his little daughter on his shoulders and the couple behind asked him to put her back down and he refused so the guy behind pulled the girl off his shoulders and thew her to the ground. Sickening behaviour. If someone blocks your view, just move. It's not worth it.

I hear people complain about the 2PM meltdown the little ones have, which is an expected phase and due to tiredness, over stimulation, etc. (understandable). Others complain when an Autistic person has a meltdown often influenced by over stimulation (also understandable). Then there are those that complain about simple things like viewing something in a crowded area as if they are the royalty or are holders of the Golden Ticket.

It all demonstrates pure intolerance of society now. How many people, including those flying off the handle, would have a superior vacation simply by learning tolerance and practicing it in a place like a Disney park? Plain stupid.

Seems we went from the outrage of the act to the victim was the guilty party.
Not at all. I did, however, question the legitimacy of the girl's claim that she & her friends nicely got up, offered the woman their spot as they were leaving, and then the assault came. That certainly makes it seem like a piece to the puzzle is missing in this story.

But like others have said, none of that warrants the behavior of the woman. No excuse at all for what she did, especially considering this incident involves minors.
