My guess is we for sure get HEA as we knew it (with possibly new projections, pyro, lighting, etc). until Out There. After that, I think we could see significant changes until Go The Distance. I also would not be surprised to see that scene get completely new projections and Wish Upon A Star as the new song. I do think there will be significant changes like that.
Probably not far off, and after 6 years (even if it didn’t play for that full interval), probably time. Let’s hope they don’t ruin the flow of the show. Has to be better than DE!
No Break after the first HEA Right'? It slows down, we see the Shooting Star and then we see Tiana. There's no Dead space or silence in there I believe.
There's a break. They could easily transition to another song (whereas the other sections are an integrated score). If that makes sense.

For what it's worth, that scene is not going anywhere. It starts with Tiana (important), transitions briefly to Wish Upon A Star (important) and then to Part Of Your World (they just announced a new Little Mermaid film).
The friend like me section is pretty long and very popular. Would be expensive to replace. I agree the olaf scene is potentially at risk but I just don't see it (I think they have enough to work with between villains and Go The Distance along with the first 2 singleton songs).
One of the main reasons for HEA’s success is because all of these songs are grouped in thematic chapters, chronicling the “Hero’s Journey” (an approach the same creative team took in Momentous, with the story of a “Disney life”). If changing content is imminent, it has to be done carefully and not with reckless abandon - not shoving characters or songs in because they can.
The plan is to keep those chapters. Most at risk for full removal and replacement is the villain segment.
That teeters things. The adversity chapter is the whole catalyst - makes the triumph chapter all the sweeter in the end.
It would be replaced with a similar chapter. Just different villains and music. And no Klaus Badelt.
Why? That’s one of the better parts!
I dont see how this is going to be much different than DE then, sounds like they are replacing what they are replacing with much of the same? ip clip after ip clip?
HEA was a IP show, too. They are just reverting to its more popular music and story. Changes don’t have to make it worse.
I mean, that's every castle show though. The issue was never using IP it was the IP selection, song selection and arrangement.
