News 'Disney Enchantment' coming to Magic Kingdom October 1 2021

That was really well done!

I wish instead of You Are the Magic as the song for Enchantment, they used the other song - The Magic is Calling - instead. A much better song.
But I suppose it's too upbeat and not emotional enough for a fireworks show. But it always makes us dance when we hear it!

(why do people like to cry at fireworks shows anyways? I don't. )

More appropriate for Magic Kingdom too. You are in Magic Kingdom. "The Magic is calling". I could go with that.

Could be the reason why Beacons of Magic gives more feels than the intro honestly. Also STILL no mention of the 50th Oh well. At the rate they're going I wouldn't be surprised if we continue to see changes in pyro. As someone else said you can't put lipstick on a pig; but we all know they're going to try haha
My biggest complaint about the new version is that they completely destroyed any buildup before Tink's flight by "borrowing" pyro for the new intro
Also they still failed to neglect the main issue with this show... they blow their large shells on Moana and don't have enough pyro left for the finale

Because DE's finale (from Tink flying to end) is significantly longer than HEA's, and it also uses lots more larger shells throughout the finale and spaces them out.

HEA finale: 1.5m
DE finale: 3.5m

You can tell they had to constraint themselves throughout it with the multiple horsetails and flying fishes throughout the 3+mins of You Are The Magic sequence.

Disneyland Paris' 30th Anniversary Celebration is what WDW's 50th Anniversary could had been. Even their Anniversary Song is more memorable than "The Magic is Calling".

The last Moana segment is one I actually like a lot. Finale should have had more pyro and a better planned Tink entrance but I do enjoy it as well.

I agree that HEA'S Tink Entrance is Gold!!!! I'm sure HEA's Theme song helped with that. I'm not sure how you put that kind of an entrance into a slower DE Theme Song(which I do Like!).....

I think you still are, but now it's only when you go to the Magic Kingdom. Or possibly all of Walt Disney World, Mickey wasn't clear on that point.
