My dog is named Nala! She is part Chow and has a beautiful mane of golden hair like a lion.

Nala looks like a great name for her!

She's 3 years old and her name is Liberty (Libby for short).
She is the most lovable dog. She's small and compact, more
then a little hyper, but she just loves people. She can't get
enough hugs and scratches. I absolutely love her!

For the record, your dog does look like a Nala.
