Gonna see if I can grab a large of whatever is available tonight.
If you’re able to report back I’d be interested in what selection is available and how much inventory they have on hand. Purely as a “wait! I ordered ages ago and it’s not shipping for another month but somehow you have them available in store?!” kind of exercise.

I find see the charge pending again, so they must be shipping soon. If so, they should arrive before I leave in three weeks.

I got my 4 masks. Entire process was seamless. There are stands showing all options and sizes in front of the former photo/guest services by Co-Op. Handed me a piece of paper to mark my selections as I waited. Walked almost straight up to a CM who pulled out all the masks I requested then they sent me down into the Marketplace store and I was directed to the Centerpiece check out counter. Entire process took about 3 minutes. No availability issue as far as I could tell. I did just hear a CM say it’s only today and tomorrow fwiw...

Can't quite read the signs, but the way that it says "4 for $20" but it doesn't seem to clearly group them, were you able to mix and match the 4 masks from the various themes? or were they still the same set 4 packs as online?

They were all single wrapped so I mixed and matched. 2 Pixar, 1 Star Wars and 1 Mickey. You could choose any assortment of patterns and sizes.

Just got my four medium Disney masks in the mail. So disappointed-- these might fit an eight-year-old child. Although the labels say medium, I measured them 3" deep by 9" from earloop to earloop. That's even smaller than the sizing guide for small masks on the web site. I'm 4" nose bridge to chin, and 5.5" from nose to middle of ear (6' to behind ear). These masks pull my ears forward and will pop right off if I move my face at all.

I called the customer line and chose a callback instead of waiting 17 minutes. Big mistake--got the callback after 25 minutes but hitting "1" to continue the call did nothing. After several tries, the system hung up on me. I'm on hold on my second call, supposedly for 35 minutes.

Hopefully they are able to help you. After hearing about sizing issues were holding off on ordering more. We ordered some when they first went up, but they haven’t come yet. With sizing issues and the crazy long wait time before they ship we’ll stick with the old navy masks. They aren’t Disney themed, but they fit ok and shipped quickly.

You should see the smalls. I think they are meant for squirrels.

Dawn answered my call at 25 minutes (yay). She agreed that 9" from loop to loop was even smaller than the sizing guide. She's reordering for me in size large, and asked me to donate the tiny masks since they are not returnable. If I don't get double-charged, I'll be happy, even though they won't arrive till August. I ordered these on April 30, received June 20.

These character nose masks are well made and very cute. There is little give in the ear loops, which are stretchy fabric. The outer layer is thin polyester but brightly colored, and the two inner layers are t-shirt material, presumably both white. No nose wire, no slot for filter. Made in Honduras.

Got all nostalgic being wished a magical day since I don't have a lot of hope of getting a reservation for the parks any time soon.

Received them today! I ordered a large per measuring instructions and they do fit but I can't see them fitting most men. It looks like they are mainly made for children.

Also, very strong dye smell. May have to be washed several times to get rid of the smell.
Mine (larges) were too small to wear comfortably. A couple of velcro strips from loop to loop around the back and now they work just fine...

We're still waiting on the masks we ordered in late-May. It's really annoying that they aren't shipping all of the pre-orders but seem to have a large supply available to mix and match if you're on property.

Agreed. I'm kind of curious who on this forum ordered the latest and has received their masks. I ordered on May 5th and haven't gotten them shipped or anything... Very frustrating.

I ordered 20 masks in April, and received them maybe 2 weeks ago. Ordered all Mediums, and only 2 of these masks measured over 3", the others all measure in the 2" range. My daughter sent a seething email, which I thought was pointless but I will credit Disney....they refunded me for my entire mask purchase.
