Disney of course would rein all that in if it was feasible, but that is out of scope of this issue. You are talking about two large companies going after each other over website names, not thousands (I would assume) of privately composed graphic images distributed across thousands of websites.I was just asking a question about the example you used. And I'm not sure Disney would have a problem with WDWporn.com because they allow all that Disney princess on the web, I'm sure there's some legal loophole but I can't believe Disney allows that?
If your Disney you probably don't want to even acknowledge those images are out there lest you be linked to them in any way. It only takes one rogue source to claim that a Disney animator produced them to make that the assumption of the general public.
