well the idea was that they would approve today because Brazil approved with conditions on the sale of Fox Sports Brazil apparently CADE was in communication with IFT and they supposedly agreed along with Chile that divesting Fox Sports Latin America was the best course of action so I'm not sure why IFT would suddenly have issues.
