I don't think that's entirely a bad idea, as long as it's targeted (No, not meaning Target!) and well-done. Spalshing Disney Stores in every remaining mall in every major city would be a horrible idea, but having some fun and whimsy in, say, 6-8 locations around the country (Including DS, that store is so devoid of life it almost smells like formaldehyde), with products of Disney quality of old? Sounds like a place many people would actually want to visit and spend money at. If it's the same cheaply made crap in the stores that you can order online? Forget it. Put some fun back into the stores, make them a little slice of the parks... just a taste... just enough to entice people to want to book a trip.
